The City of Greer is pleased to offer a free, online vendor registration system powered by OpenGov. Our new e-Procurement Portal is a one-stop-shop for all bid opportunities issued by the City of Greer.

The portal will allow interested parties to:

• Register to receive notifications of future opportunities

• Follow existing solicitations to receive notifications about amendments and additions

• Submit questions and receive answers for any open solicitations

• Guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to ensure your bids have been accurately completed

To receive notifications about bid opportunities, please register with OpenGov Procurement through the link or the "Register" button below. You'll receive an email to activate your account. You can subscribe to our bids by selecting the green "Subscribe" button. You can view current opportunities in the next section.

The City of Greer reserves the right to:

• Reject any and all proposals

• Waive any technicalities and informalities in any proposal

• Award proposals in the best interest of the City of Greer

All challenges to specifications will be prohibited if not submitted in writing five days prior to a proposal opening.
